The social events organized by the ISEM ’09 include the Welcome Reception, Excursion (YahikoShrine and Hot Spring) and Symposium Banquet. Formal dress is not required for any sessions or events.

Welcome Reception

On Nov. 28 (Sat.), a welcome reception will be held from 18:00 to 19:30 in PORT CAVE D’OCCI.
Shuttle bus will pick up you at 17:45 at the venue site (Toki Messe).

Excursion (Yahiko Shrine and Hot Spring)

Nov. 30 (Mon.) 12:30-18:00

On Nov. 30 (Mon.), Niigata tour (Yahioko Shrine, Teradomari Fish Market and Hot Spring) for all attendees will be arranged from 12:30-17:30. The bus will leave at 12:30 from the venue site (Toki Messe). We will prepare your bath towel for hot spring. Please relax and enjoy!!
