Session Chairpersons and Oral presenters

  1. Chairpersons should meet with the paper presenters in their session rooms, approximately 20 minutes before the session commences.
  2. Each paper has 15 minutes including presentation and discussion.
  3. For invited keynote speakers, each lecture has 45 minutes including discussion.

Poster presenters

  1. Posters will be located in 3rd Floor of Toki Messe Niigata Convention Center.
  2. Posters sessions are Saturday 28, 16:30 - 17:30 and Sunday 29, 14:00 - 15:00. Presenters will attend the two posters sessions and be available to answer questions.
  3. Posters must reflect the material summarized in your submitted full-length paper.
  4. The overall poster board is 120 cm horizontal by 240 cm vertical. Please be sure that your poster size is within this board.
  5. Each board will be identified by a number corresponding to the number of the abstract.
  6. Presenters must set-up their posters until the first session. Drawing pins will be provided. Poster set-up is possible on the day before the conference, Friday, November 27, 15:00 - 17:00.

Audio Visual Equipment

All session rooms are equipped with LCD projectors and Windows Vista personal computers with Microsoft PowerPoint 2007. Presenters will be able to use the conference-provided computers or their own computers. Please upload and/or check your presentation data before your session starts.

Languages

All papers and posters will be presented in English.

Weather

Late November is early winter season in Niigata with temperatures ranging from 4‹C to 12‹C.

Electricity

Niigatafs electricity supply is 100V/50Hz.
