Oral presentation

Duration of presentation is 25 minutes including Q&A.
For plenary lectures, each lecture has 60 minutes including Q&A
Bring your laptop to the presentation. A projector with HDMI or analog connector is available.

Poster presentation

A panel with a width of 841mm is prepared. A poster can be attached to the panel with adhesive tape or pins. A poster of A0 size (841 x 1,189mm) is recommended.
Please put a poster on a panel by yourself at least before the poster session (Afternoon of July 10).
At the beginning of the poster session, presenters will be asked to introduce their posters with a short 3-minute presentation. Please install your PPT or PDF files for short presentation to the Conference PC before 13:30.
Please standby at poster area during the poster session for any Q&A.
