Instructions for Presenters

Session Chairpersons and Oral presenters

- Chairpersons should meet with the paper presenters in their session rooms, approximately 20 minutes before the session commences.
- Each paper has 20 minutes including presentation and discussion.
- For invited keynote speakers, each lecture has 60 minutes including discussion.

Poster presenters

(1) All posters will be located in the Hall on the 2nd Floor of Seiwakan Building.
(2) Poster session is held on Sunday, November 7, 13:00 - 15:20. Poster presenters will attend the poster session, and be available to answer questions.
(3) Posters must reflect the material summarized in your full-length paper accepted.
(4) Posters may be a maximum of 1200 mm wide by 2100 mm tall. We recommend that they are within the A0 Standard size of 841mm wide by 1189 mm tall.
(5) Each poster board will be identified by a number corresponding to the receipt number of the abstract.
(6) Authors will be able to put up their posters from Friday, November 5, 9:00 and must put up until their scheduled poster session, Sunday, November 7,13:00.

Audio Visual Equipmen

All session rooms are equipped with LCD projectors and Windows Vista personal computers with Microsoft PowerPoint 2007. Presenters will be able to use the conference-provided computers or their own computers. Please upload and/or check your presentation data before your session starts.

Languages

All papers and posters will be presented in English.
