RegistrationRegistration by all participant is mandatory. Please complete the registration form, following the instructions given below.Please pay the registration fee with one of the following methods of payment after sending your registration form. You will get an e-mail of the copy of your registration. Your registration number will be mentioned in the e-mail. Note: At least one author of the presentation must be registered and its registarion fee must be paid before September 30. If no authors of the presentation are registered before September 30, the presenation is automatically excluded from the conference program. Registration Fee
N.B. Overseas regular participants who have attended the past ISEM series (up to 13th ISEM 2018) more than twice will be given a reward corresponding to JPY 10,000. The reward can be received at the registration desk on site. The regular fee covers Symposium attendance, a volume of program and abstracts, a piece of USB-stick memory proceedings, welcome reception, banquet, excursion and refreshments during coffee breaks. Note that the student fee does not cover either banquet or excursion, but registered accompany persons will be invited to Symposium events. The banquet will be held in Okura Frontier Hotel Tsukuba following on an excursion in Nov. 3rd. The additional fee to participate the banquet and excursion for student is JPY10,000. (N.B. The number of seats of the excursion is limited because the excursion includes JAXA special guided tour. Students should make sure by email to monji@kz.tsukuba.ac.jp before they apply the the excursion.) Registration policy: Registration form and payment must be received by September 30, 2019 for prepayment savings. To avoid any misunderstandings, please, save all payment confirmations. Cancellations received prior to September 30, 2019 will be refunded minus JPY 5,000 handling fee. No refund will be given to cancellations received after October 1st, 2019. Please note that the inclusion of your presentation in the program can be made ONLY if the relevant registration fee has been paid by September 30, 2019. Cancellation notification should be e-mailed to the conference chair: monji@kz.tsukuba.ac.jp. If you are a full-time student, you can choose 'Student Fee'. In that case, please upload a scanned image or a photograph of an evidence of studentship such as a student identification card from a registration form. Web registration is closed.
