Guidelines for Presentations

The IWAEM'25 is a Hyflex workshop (on-site and live online) which will be held from 9:00 to 18:00 Japan time (UTC+9) on November 29 (Sat.) and 30 (Sun.), 2025. You can select preferred presentation style, Oral or Poster, when you submit an abstract.

Workshop Style

Hyflex (some participants at a physical venue, others joining online from different locations at the same time). This type of presentation involves both face-to-face and online events regardless of presentation styles (Oral or Poster).

Venue

The on-site location is Rooms 401, 402, and 403, 4th floor of Building 3, Higashiosaka Campus, Kindai University (3-4-1 Kowakae, Higashiosaka, Osaka 577-8502, Japan)

Special Poster Session for Students of Colleges of Technology

The Workshop will make plan to have the special poster session presented by students of colleges of technology in the afternoon of November 30, 2025. All presenters in this session have to submit English abstract (300-500 words). You also need to prepare one-page poster in English for the Hyflex meeting. Details will be announced on this Workshop website: https://jsem.jp/IWAEM25/. No registration fees are required for the participants of this poster session.
