This is the official homepage of the 6th International Symposium on Advanced Science and Technology in Experimental Mechanics (6th ISEM '11-Sendai/Kansai). The conference will take place at Osaka during November 3-5 in 2011. Due to East Japan Great Earthquake occurred on March 11, 2011, Symposium Venue is varied from Sendai to the Kansai Airport Conference Halls in Osaka.

Call for Papers

Call for Papers for a 2012 Special Issue of Journal of the Japanese Society for Experimental Mechanics
Selected papers will be published in a dedicated Special Issue of Journal of the Japanese Society for Experimental Mechanics. Prospective authors are invited to submit their PDF papers in the Proceedings format.

Submissions will soon undergo the normal review process by two independent referees. Please remind that if accepted for publication in the Special Issue, all authors should pay for submission fee (JPY35,000 within 6 pages for JSEM members), which covers a copy of Special Issue volume and a pdf reprint. Kindly notice that color printing will be charged additionally if it is hoped.
